David sees this not just as a retreat, but as a shared journey—an opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the art of winemaking, from grape to glass.
Meanwhile, the historic cantina (cellar) is being transformed into the true hub of the estate. From processing and fermentation to barrel aging, this revitalized space will serve as the focal point for the Tenuta il Finale community.
Much of this dream is being realized thanks to the unwavering dedication of Cesare and Luigi - true pillars of the project and passionate advocates for the craft of winemaking.
